Case Dismissed

Client was a foreign exchange student studying at the University of Kentucky. When client retained our firm, there was an active arrest warrant for Violation of an EPO/DVO, a Class A misdemeanor, carrying a potential penalty of twelve (12) months in jail. Using our relationships with the County Attorney office, we were able to set aside the warrant, put the case back on the docket, and ultimately get the case dismissed.
