No Charges Brought

Client was accused of sexually assaulting his grandchild. Thankfully, our firm was retained from a very early stage. Our firm was able to share with law enforcement relevant documents showing bias and motivation from the complaining party. We were also able to share background information that caused serious doubts to the veracity of the allegations. We were also able to shield our client from giving any potentially incriminating statements, while still providing relevant information to law enforcement. Ultimately, law enforcement chose not to pursue criminal charges due to lack of evidence.
