Case Dismissed

ur client was charged with Rape 1st Degree after a sexual encounter with a woman upon leaving a party. The case proceeded to grand jury where we had prepared our client to testify. At the conclusion of the evidence, the grand jury determined there was not sufficient evidence for the case to proceed to circuit court and dismissed the case.
