Murder – Dismissed
Client was charged with murder after he possessed an ID of an individual that had an active out-of-state arrest warrant for a murder charge. We were able to successfully convince the County Attorney and law enforcement that our client was not the same individual wanted for murder. After realizing they had arrested the wrong man, the murder charge was dismissed against our client.
