Case Dismissed

Our client was charged with felony Theft by Unlawful Taking, $1,000 to $10,000. Our client did not have a criminal record. After paying full restitution and agreeing to perform community service, our client was referred into the diversion program. After completing the terms of the program, our client’s case was dismissed with prejudice.
