Charges Reduced

The client was charged with a DUI 1^st Offense with Aggravated Circumstances. We were able to point out several flaws in the body-worn camera evidence against our client and also provided proof of a recent knee surgery, which explained why the client was unsteady during the field sobriety tests. The client gladly accepted the prosecutor’s offer on a reduced charge to reckless driving with court costs waived.
