Case Dismissed

The client was charged with Assault of a Peace Officer, a Class D Felony in Kentucky. We were able to show that our client had no criminal history, that the circumstances of the alleged assault were likely planned to disadvantage our client in an ongoing divorce, and that it was unlikely to have occurred in the manner alleged. After speaking with the prosecutor, we were able to have the case dismissed following successful completion of an online class and community service.
