I can not express how pleased I am with the experience I had with Mr. Mashni and his office staff. I live on the West Coast and when a case I thought was settled came to light in KY from over 15 years ago I was at the mercy of Google to help me find a lawyer quickly. After about 15 phone calls, online questionnaires and several emails to different lawyers I had about given up. Then I called Mr Mashnis office (after business hours), not only was the paralegal that answered kind and professional but I was transferred directly to Mr Mashni after going over the basics.
Over the next few days not only did I have a court date to fix things but he had made all communications easy and was readily available even with the time difference. Abe did an amazing job as our attorney. I had previously had him as my attorney which was the best decision I made. From day one I felt my anxiety at ease. When we hired Abe, we were 3 years almost in for a very high profile case. The court appointed attorney for my Sister just wasn’t meeting our expectations. None of us knew what the outcome of this case would be, however we knew we at the very least wanted a chance. When I first spoke to Abe I told him I just wasn’t sure what to expect. That I knew it would be tough. However, what I really wanted was good communication and someone to actually spend time looking over my Sisters discovery- instead of handing it to her to deal with, like the public defender did. Our past experience with very poor communication only added to our frustration. Abe came on board and dove in head first. I know he as well as his staff spent a tremendous amount of hours in a very short time span preparing for our case.
