I was arrested on a Saturday which would typically require an inmate to sit in jail until their bond hearing on Monday. I was referred to Abe that night, and before I was even able to talk to him personally, he made a phone call at 11pm on a weekend to convince a judge to allow me to post bond and be released immediately. Abe did his due diligence and managed to poke holes in the state’s case. He was able to cast enough doubt in the judge and prosecutor regarding the merits of my charges which resulted in ZERO jail time and no felonies—despite a very vocal accuser and notoriously strict prosecutor.
