Case Dismissed

The client was charged with Assault 4^th Degree Domestic Violence. We engaged in extensive negotiations with the prosecutor’s office, showed proof that the alleged victim suffered from medical issues that caused loss of balance and that the client had not had any alcohol for nearly a year. The client was able to accept the prosecutor’s final offer of Harassment with 1 year conditional discharge instead of two years of probation.
