Strangulation Charges Dismissed
Our client was wrongfully charged with strangulation 1st degree and assault 4th degree domestic violence after an incident with his stepson. After negotiations failed in district court, the case was bound to the grand jury. Our firm prepared an eyewitness to the incident to testify before the grand jury. Upon hearing the testimony from the eyewitness, the grand jury elected to dismiss all charges against our client.
