Ana Maldonado was born in Mexico and grew up in Central Kentucky with her family and three brothers.

Ana started her career in criminal law when she started working at the Fayette County District Court in 2016 where she handled traffic, misdemeanor, and minor felony cases. During her time there, she transitioned over to the warrants department where she processed court issued warrants, served warrants and search warrants allowing her to build a good relationship with multiple law enforcement agencies.

In 2018, Ana began working at the Fayette County Circuit Court as a bench clerk for the Honorable Judge Ernesto Scorsone assisting inside and outside the courtroom with managing his felony and civil cases. During this time, she had the opportunity to be the record keeper and watch a variety of hearings take place including but not limited to bond hearings, suppression hearings, and jury trials.

In 2021, Ana was given the opportunity to expand beyond criminal law and began working at an immigration law firm where most of the clients were Spanish speaking. Here she learned how to build personal relationships with clients and realized that when you represent someone they become more like family and their cases become personal.

In January 2023, Ana joined Mashni Law, PLLC as an Office Manager and worked with the attorneys on their criminal and family cases. In addition, she continues to use her Spanish to assist with Spanish speaking clients.

In her free time Ana enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs Arti and Sasha. She loves hiking, days spent on the lake, and rooting on the Kentucky Wildcats and attending their football and basketball games.
